Dr. Rekha B R is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Gynecologic Oncology at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Bengaluru, with over 21 years of clinical experience. She holds an MBBS, DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology. She is also ESGO certified and currently serves as the Secretary of the Karnataka Chapter of the Association of Gynecologic Oncologists of India (KSC-AGOI).

Her clinical expertise includes the management of cancers of the cervix, ovary, endometrium, and vulva, with a strong focus on preventive oncology. She is actively involved in academic and clinical research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications on rare gynecologic cancers and ovarian cancer management.
